General Qualifications

Core Requirements

No Tattoo

Tattoos are not acceptable under Japanese workplace standards. Applicants must have a clean appearance without visible tattoos to comply with employer requirements.

Finished TITP Contract

You must have successfully completed your full TITP (Technical Intern Training Program) contract duration. This ensures you have gained adequate training and work experience in Japan.

No Prior SSW Experience

You should not have any previous experience as a Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) in Japan. This position is specifically for first-time skilled worker applicants transitioning from the trainee program.

Language Requirements

JFT or JLPT N4 Certification

You must possess either a JFT (Japanese for Technical Intern Training) or JLPT N4 certification. This demonstrates your Japanese language proficiency at a level sufficient for workplace communication and daily interactions.

Certifications Required

Company Evaluation Certificate

You must obtain a formal evaluation certificate from your training company in Japan. This document verifies your satisfactory performance and behavior during your TITP contract period.

Trade Exam Certificate

You are required to pass the applicable trade exam for your field of specialization. This certification proves your technical competency and mastery of skills in your designated occupation.

Registration

Complete your application form with all required personal, educational, and professional information. Submit necessary documents including your TITP contract completion certificate and certifications.

Initial Assessment

Our team reviews your qualifications and documents to ensure you meet all basic requirements. We verify your language proficiency and work experience during this phase.

Medical Examination

You undergo a comprehensive health check including physical and mental fitness evaluation. This ensures you are physically capable of performing the assigned work duties.

Final Selection

Qualified candidates participate in interviews and technical assessments conducted by partner companies. Final selection is made based on interview performance and job fit.

COE Processing

Certificate of Eligibility (COE) documents are prepared and submitted to Japanese immigration authorities. This process involves coordination between our office and the partner company.

Visa & Deployment

You receive your visa approval from the Japanese embassy and make final arrangements for travel. Upon arrival in Japan, you are deployed to your assigned company location.

We'll contact you with updates on each stage of the process, including interview schedules, medical examination details, and COE preparation timelines.
