Our rigorous multi-stage process ensures we select only the most dedicated candidates for training and deployment.
Applicants begin their journey by registering and submitting required documents such as resumes and identification. They attend orientations to understand job roles, benefits, and life in Japan, followed by initial screening and interviews conducted by the agency. Some applicants may also undergo basic training or coaching to prepare for the selection process.
Candidates are evaluated directly by Japanese employers through interviews conducted online or in person. Depending on the job, applicants may take skills tests, practical demonstrations, or basic Japanese language assessments to determine their qualifications and readiness.
Once selected, applicants proceed with contract signing, medical examinations, and visa processing. They undergo pre-departure training covering language, culture, and work etiquette before completing all requirements and being deployed to start their careers in Japan.
